About Us

Gleam’s Cafe founders had a common passion for good quality food, drinks and the desire to create a space where families and friends build unforgettable moments.

When we first set out to open Gleam’s Cafe, we were looking for a neighbourhood that feels like home, the kind of place where you can feel welcome whether you’re new in town or already a long-time local. We strive to create an inviting place that brings both side of our culture, history and food to create the perfect blend of diversity, that offers good quality food and customer service, as well as a home away from home.

The design of our café is ambitious and has found the appreciation of our customers. All details have been meticulously chosen to blend of our love for nature and modern design.

Our community gives to us every day; we are determined to give back to it as much as we can. We try to keep surplus food to a minimum, wasting as little as possible. We carefully set aside any leftover food from our bakeries and donate it to charities in our neighbourhoods. 

We use sustainable packaging wherever possible and everything else is at minimum recyclable or compostable.
